Real Estate Manager:  

Level 1 Manager: $100,000-$250,000 commission   

Level 2 Manager: $24,000 Salary plus commission

Real estate managers assist with the listing and sale of properties on behalf of the owners. These professionals help their clients maximize their return on value with any commercial or residential property sale. Their responsibilities include performing market research, performing due diligence on the property or terms of purchase, marketing the property and negotiating property agreements.  Property manager will hire and coach their staff Accordingly. 

Requirements:  All positions required to be bilingual in English/Spanish      

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills to come up with effective solutions when challenges arise
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage the operations of multiple properties
• The ability to build effective relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
• Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations
• Solid financial acumen to assist owners with financial activities
• Excellent customer service skills to provide buyers, sellers, and developers with the service and support they require.
• Good marketing skills to effectively market properties

Real Estate Agent:

A real estate agent assists clients with the purchase or sale of real estate. The agent evaluates the market and offers advice based on current conditions. They walk buyers through properties and assist them in finding real estate that meets their needs.  Real estate agents help sellers by listing, marketing and showing their properties.

Property Manager:

A property manager oversees a rental property and manages the administrative duties associated with marketing the location, negotiating leases and maintaining the property.  Responsible for establishing the appropriate rental rate for the area, collecting rent and managing the property’s budget to make sure that it’s profitable. The manager will also contract maintenance and landscaping services.  Will also

Real Estate Attorney:

Make sure that real estate titles do not have other claims on them before a property is sold to a new owner. The attorney searches public records and prepares the necessary documents to guarantee the legality of the title.
